Previously he worked in Banco de Portugal, where he led the unit for the Planning and Organisation of Prudential Supervision. He was also a consultant in BCG between 2011 and 2013 and before that, in Deloitte. He has worked in Portugal, Spain and Africa on projects in banking, private equity, insurance and the public sector.
