Catarina has more than 15 years in the Private Equity industry and joined Explorer as a Legal Counsel.
EXPERIENCE
Catarina was a consultant at Luiz Gomes e Associados, having previously worked at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira between 2005 and 2018. She has extensive experience in private equity, including investment fund raising and M&A.
EDUCATION
She has a Post-Graduation in Commercial Law from Universidade Católica de Lisboa, an LLM in Commercial and Financial Law from King’s College, University of London and a Law degree from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
