Before joining Explorer, João spent over three years at Nomura Greentech in London, focusing on Energy and Infrastructure. He also worked at StormHarbour Securities in London and Lisbon, advising clients in special situations, and started his career in M&A at KPMG Lisbon. He has successfully advised many clients in both buy-side and sell-side processes, including GIC, EDF Invest, PGGM, IFM, HELLENIQ Petroleum, and Lone Star Funds.
