Tiago began his career at Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the consumer goods and Private Equity practice in Portugal and in Brasil. Tiago then transitioned to Sonae MC, where he was Head of Business Development leading multiple M&A operations. Later he became General Manager of SONAE clinic network, expanding it from 2 to 23 sites and increasing revenue from €800k to €15m in four years. During that period he was responsible for deploying an investment plan of +10M€.
